Employee Bonus Calculators

Two for the price of one. We are often asked to calculate a bonus for a client's employees based on some pre determined criteria. In the first of these calculators you will find:

1. Three ways to allocate the bonus (a) equally amongst all employees, (b) based on salaries and (c) by a weighted average based on eight factors chosen by the client, 

2. Allows for up to 20 employees and 

3. It will factor in Superannuation and if necessary payroll tax as well and it will calculate the tax to be withheld for entry into the client's payroll. 

The other calculator calculates a bonus to a key staff member again based on meeting certain Key Performance Indicators.
