Rental Property Summary Calculator

A simple easy to use calculator to summarise rental income and expenses. May be used for up to five owners, this calculator summarises the information needed to enter into an income tax return.
It caters for the Goods and Services Tax (the GST), it has a Funds Withheld section for when the agent holds back funds, it accommodates up to three loans on the property, the Repair and Maintenance sections and the Sundry expense section allow for carve outs for items to be depreciated and for Capital Allowance amounts, it allows for brief descriptions to be added for Repair and Maintenance items and there are "guard rail" error messages to make sure you don't break it.
